Return Policy

No returns are accepted, so I ask that you are 100% sure you want the purchase before checking out. This applies to any pre-orders as well. 

However, I am open to exchanges under the following circumstances;

*Noticeable damage to pin upon arrival

*Should you receive the wrong item

*Do we ship internationally? 

Why yes I do! However it is a little bit more to ensure your package gets to their destinations safely.

*How long until I receive my order?

Once shipped it will take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. International orders vary, but around 2 to 12 weeks.

QUALITY GRADING POLICY

•  Collector's Grade: "Best for pin board collectors! Guaranteed free of air bubbles, stray paint/glitter specs, metal plating defects (excluding backs) and low-fill or gouged enamel."
•  Standard Grade: Meant to be worn! Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections such as minor scratches, minor smudging or minor air bubbles. These are extremely minor problems and are, for the most part, very hard to notice. Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade but are not guaranteed as such.
• Seconds Grade: For Budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types mentioned above, or: peeling enamel, missing enamel, or other unexpected Problems."
• Any order placed as a PRE-ORDER will be guaranteed as Standard Grade or above. Orders placed first will get priority of the most flawless pins. Thereafter, all collector grade and standard grade pins will be placed in one pile and sold as a regular purchase. Defective pins will be sold as "seconds" grade.
• During a Seconds Sale, we may separate the defective pins into categories such as "B-Grade" or "C-Grade." This will only occur if the quality drastically differs between a pile of pins
• GLITTER: Glitter pins may have small pieces of stray glitter. This is normal and will not be refunded OR replaced. Collectors grades will be mostly free of stray glitter. Standard Grade may have stray glitter or other glitter imperfections. Seconds grade my have major imperfections with the glitter such as missing glitter or glitter colors in the wrong places.
